Safety is our standard

Safety is not a box we tick — it is the foundation of every project we execute. Our systems, training, and culture are built around one principle: everyone goes home safe.

Incident-free operations
We align our operations with internationally recognised frameworks and South African legislation.
All technicians hold valid IRATA certification (Level 1–3). Regular re-assessments ensure continued competency and compliance.
Full compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and its Construction Regulations, including COIDA registration.
Our management system is aligned with ISO 45001 principles — continuous improvement, hazard identification, and worker participation.
Every project follows our internal QMS: pre-job TRA, toolbox talks, equipment inspection logs, incident reporting, and post-job review.
Before any work begins, a detailed Task Risk Assessment is completed by the site supervisor. This document identifies all hazards, control measures, and emergency procedures specific to the job. No work proceeds until all team members have signed and understood the TRA.
All rope access equipment — ropes, harnesses, descenders, anchors, karabiners — is visually inspected before every use and formally logged. Equipment is retired and replaced well within manufacturer service intervals. Third-party equipment inspection records are available on request.
Every morning before work starts, the team gathers for a toolbox talk. Hazards, weather conditions, task changes, and near-miss reports are discussed openly. This keeps our team alert, aligned, and accountable — no exceptions.
Every site has a written Emergency Response Plan covering medical emergencies, fall rescue, fire, and evacuation. At least one team member holds a valid first aid certificate. Rescue drills are conducted regularly to ensure swift, calm response under pressure.
All technicians are equipped with full EN/CE certified Personal Protective Equipment including full-body harnesses, helmets with chin straps, gloves, safety footwear, high-visibility vests, and fall-arrest devices. PPE is regularly inspected and replaced as needed — no exceptions, regardless of cost.
